Wat Bumpennua in Bangkok was a Wat that I found because I spent so much time on the
canals going to and from work.
I did wonder why there were flamingoes there - they are not from Thailand?
But I did wonder why there were dinosaurs as well.
There were some great statues at the Wat.
The temple was large but it was very quiet whilst I was there.
Surrounded by 'places of rest'.
And more statues - well worth visiting.
Because it is so close to the canal there is a Floating Market there if you want to visit there as well.
